Presented by Miners Saloon, the Golden Civic Foundation is proud to host our 5th Annual Golden Summer Jam, a Community Celebration of Bands, Bites and Beers, on Thursday, June 23rd at the beautiful Colorado Railroad Museum from 5:30 – 9:30pm! This 100% Golden-resourced, “locals-only,” community-oriented event is designed to bring Golden residents together and features fun for all ages including live music, family-oriented activities, and great food and beer. This year’s performers include three rocking, Golden bands: The Shawn Nelson Band (Country/Americana), the Alcapones & Coda Brewing’s Luke Smith (Reggae/SKA), and, Adam Kinghorn & Friends (Bluegrass). Guests can also explore the Museum’s scenic, 15-acre railyard that is home to more than 100 locomotives, catch a ride on  a vintage passenger train and delight in the charm of the fully operational miniature garden railway. Food will be sold by Golden-based food providers, Bob’s Atomic Burgers, Truck Eddy BBQ, Pambasos Mexican and Nice Ice Shave Ice. Beverages offered for sale will include 4 varietal beers from our Beer Sponsor, New Terrain Brewery, and Miners Saloon’ signature Miners Margaritas. Tickets are $30 for adults and free for youth under 18 (limit two per family) and include one complimentary beer per adult.
