The Golden Civic Foundation's Annual Auction has, for over 45 years been the event of the year for prominent members of the Golden community who love our town.  

This event is the primary fundraiser for the Foundation’s grant program. Through the contributions of many businesses and individuals in our community, in the past 45 years the Civic Foundation has provided over $5.2 million to support charitable organizations, public schools, museums and cultural centers in the greater Golden area. 

We're ramping up to have this year's auction once again, be the pinnacle event kicking off your holiday season!  Just like last year, we'll continue using mobile bidding, while extending the evening to include dancing and live music!  

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND:  The evening's music will include The Six Million Dollar Band.  Get those dancin' shoes ready!!

About Us

It would be difficult to find a family living in Golden who has not been positively impacted in some fashion by the Golden Civic Foundation’s charitable work. Started in 1970, more than two generations of Golden’s citizens have benefited from the Foundation’s participation in community life. From the downtown streetscape and public art that graces city streets and walking paths, the sponsorship of community events and the support of downtown revitalization efforts, the Foundation has invested more than $5.2 million in Golden.
